Mario Margolis is the Founder and President of Network Analytics (NAC), a company that provides Independent Benchmarks, Consulting, Managed Solutions and Business Integration Services to vendors and carriers around the world in the areas of Fraud Management, Revenue Assurance, Least Cost Routing and Quality of Service improvement. As part of NAC's consulting services, they support carriers in business need assessment, requirements gathering, independent tool and vendor evaluation, RFP writing and review, business case creation & ROI calculation, solution implementation & integration into the business, training and operation.
As part of their Managed Services, NAC has the expertise to completely operate its customer's support systems, provide testing strategies, analyze the data to convert it into meaningful information, manage trouble tickets and provide daily, weekly and monthly reports tailored to the different levels of the organization, allowing its customers to concentrate on what's really important: taking action. Previously, Mr. Margolis was responsible for developing, managing and directing Fraud Management and Revenue Assurance software solutions for Mantas, Inc., and possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications and software development industries.
MMario has published various white papers for organizations such as IEC, and has been a member and subject matter expert presenter at industry organizations such as Communications Fraud Control Association (CFCA), the International Telecommunications Union's Quality of Service Discussion Group (ITU-QSDG) and Telestrategies' Revenue Assurance conferences. Additionally, he is responsible for the submission of various patents in the Telecommunications industry including US Patent Number: 7,496,185.
Mr. Margolis holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in International Business/Marketing from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. |
