The Council has two locations— One in Washington, DC. and the other in Mexico City. The Council’s headquarters in Washington DC is located in Pennsylvania Avenue, close to the Withe House and US Capitol. The Mexico City , office is located in Torre Arcos close to Santa Fe area.
